Terms of Use

These terms define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Coming soon (the "Company") and users when using the e-commerce services provided through the Store operated by the Company, and any other necessary matters.

• "Store" means the online site the Company operates to sell products.
• "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Store and uses the services under these terms.
• "Member" means a person who signs in with an ONDA account and keeps using the services. An ONDA account is shared across the ONDA website, the Store and the app.
• "Product" means an item sold in the Store.

The Company posts these terms at the bottom of the Store or on a linked page.

The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law. It will announce the effective date and the changes in the Store at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

If you keep using the services after the effective date, you are deemed to agree to the amended terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the services and delete your account.

Sign-up is completed when a user agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy and signs in with social login (Kakao, Google, Apple) or email verification.

Members must manage their own accounts and may not lend or transfer them to others.

The Company may restrict use for justifiable reasons, such as use of another person's information.

Users place an order by choosing the product, option, quantity, shipping country and address in the Store.

The Company may decline or cancel an order if it contains errors or the item is out of stock. In that case it will notify the user right away and refund the amount paid.

A contract is formed when the Company notifies the user of payment confirmation for the order.

Prices are shown in Korean won (KRW). Amounts converted to other currencies are for reference only. The actual payment currency and amount are shown at checkout.

Payment is made through a payment service provider by the methods the Store offers, such as credit and debit cards, simple-pay services and international cards.

The product amount, discounts and shipping fee are those calculated by the server at checkout.

Delivery methods, shipping fees and delivery times follow the Shipping Policy.

For overseas deliveries, customs duties and import taxes of the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Withdrawal, refunds and exchanges follow the Refund & Exchange policy and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

Users must not:

• provide false information in an order or member profile
• use another person's information or payment method
• disrupt the operation of the Store or bypass its security
• resell or use products in a way prohibited by law

The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide services because of causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters or network failures. This does not apply where the Company is at fault.

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by errors in information entered by the user.

The Company and users will try in good faith to settle any dispute. If that fails, they may seek help from dispute resolution bodies such as the Korea Consumer Agency and the Electronic Transactions Dispute Mediation Committee.

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these terms.
