Refund & Exchange Policy

Before the product ships, contact customer service (Coming soon, Coming soon) and we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

You may request withdrawal (return) within 7 days of receiving the product.

If the product differs from its display or advertisement, or was delivered differently from the contract, you may request withdrawal within 3 months of receiving it, or within 30 days of learning of the fact.

Withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases.

• The product was lost or damaged for a reason attributable to the user (opening the package to check the product is not included)
• The product's value has dropped significantly because the user used or partly consumed it
• The product's value has dropped so much over time that it is hard to resell
• The package of a reproducible product has been opened
• The product was made specifically to the user's order

Products with restricted withdrawal are noted on the product page in advance.

If the product has a problem or a different product was delivered, the Company pays the return shipping cost.

For returns because of a change of mind, the buyer pays the return shipping cost, which is Coming soon for domestic deliveries.

Contact customer service (Coming soon, Coming soon, hours Coming soon) with your order number and reason. We will tell you the return address and method.

An exchange is for a different option of the same product by default. If it is out of stock, we refund instead.

The Company refunds the amount paid within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For card payments, it may take longer for the cancellation to show, depending on the card company.

For products delivered overseas, you may request a return within Coming soon of receiving the product.

Refunds of customs duties and import taxes paid in the destination country follow that country's customs rules.
