If a delay is expected because of stock-outs or natural disasters, we will tell you by email.

We ship to the countries you can choose in the Store. You can see which countries we ship to in the shipping country selector in your cart.

• Shipping fee: calculated at checkout from the zone of the country and the weight of the products.
• Delivery time: about Coming soon after dispatch (this may vary with customs and local conditions)

Please enter the address in English. We will email you the tracking number once the order ships.

Customs duties, VAT and other import taxes on overseas shipments are paid by the recipient (DDU). They are not included in the amount you pay.

The carrier may collect them locally on delivery. If the recipient refuses or cannot pay and the parcel is returned, the recipient pays the cost of the return.

For customs clearance we include a commercial invoice listing the HS code, country of origin and English product name of each item.

Products restricted for air transport, such as batteries, liquids and pressurized gas, cannot be shipped abroad. Such products are marked "Domestic shipping only" on the product page.

Returns and refunds after delivery follow the Refund & Exchange policy.
