Privacy Policy

The Company collects the following information to provide its services.

• Sign-up and sign-in: email address and account identifiers provided by the social login provider (Kakao, Google, Apple)
• Orders and delivery: recipient name, contact number, delivery address and order history
• Payment: payment method details are processed by the payment service provider. The Company does not store full card numbers. It stores the payment approval result and order number.
• Automatically generated while you use the services: access logs, browser type and language setting

Information is collected when you enter it on screen, or received from login providers and the payment service provider.

• Identifying members, signing in and managing accounts
• Orders, payment confirmation, delivery, refunds and exchanges, and customer support
• Preparing documents required for customs clearance on overseas shipments
• Preventing misuse and keeping the service stable

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of use is achieved. However, it keeps the following for the periods required by law.

• Records on contracts and withdrawal: 5 years
• Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
• Records on consumer complaints and dispute handling: 3 years
• Service access logs: 3 months

When a member deletes their account, information not subject to these obligations is destroyed right away.

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except with the user's consent or as required by law.

For delivery, the recipient's name, contact number and address are passed to the carrier.

The Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows to operate its services. Changes will be announced in this policy.

• Supabase Inc.: storing member and order information (database operation)
• Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting and delivery
• Payment service provider (connected through PortOne): payment processing. The provider's name will be added here when payments open.
• Email delivery provider: sending sign-in codes and order emails. The provider's name will be added here once chosen.

The servers of the cloud services the Company uses may be located outside Korea. Database server location: Coming soon.

The transferred items are those in section 1, and the purposes are operating the service and storage. You may withdraw by deleting your account, but then you may not be able to use the service.

Users may at any time ask to view, correct, delete or stop the processing of their personal information. Please contact the privacy officer below. The Company will respond without delay.

When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be restored and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

• Minimizing access: limiting who can access personal information
• Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access control on the database
• Payment details are handled by the payment service provider.

The Store saves the following in your browser for convenience.

• An authentication cookie to keep you signed in
• Your chosen language (cookie), and your cart and shipping country choice (browser storage)

You can clear cookies and storage in your browser settings, but your sign-in and cart may be reset.
